United Way of the Capital Area recognizes that creating a better tomorrow in the tri-county area begins with ensuring that all of our children enter school ready to learn and achieve educational attainment. That is why we invest resources in our children’s futures.
United Way of the Capital Area is working to reduce the drop-out rate 10% by year 2011.
We are also working to ensure all of our tri-county area children are prepared to enter kindergarten with the skills they need to be ready to learn.
