Health Matters Symposium

Purpose

The Youth Health Symposium (YHS) will serve the sophomore students of the district’s 7 health-related academies.  As students seek to explore the topics of health, wellness, and health-related services, we seek to provide engaging and meaningful interactions as part of their educational experience.  The YHS will provide education in the areas of preventive health, public health, emotional/behavioral health, and health careers in the form of interactive activities and discussions.
