Dolly Parton believed every child should have the opportunity to dream, learn, and discover the world through books. Through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, millions of children have received a new, age-appropriate book every month, completely free of charge.
United Way of the Capital Area has been proud to carry that vision into Hinds, Madison, and Rankin Counties, helping put books into the hands and hearts of local children from birth to age five.
In honor of Dolly’s remarkable life and legacy, her family has asked that donations be made to the Imagination Library. Today, you can help us continue the work she began by giving a child the gift of a book and the opportunity to imagine what’s possible.
