Youth United Letter of Commitment

I hereby accept the offer to join the Youth United program for the 2025-2026 academic year. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions of my participation:

• • I will complete volunteer service within the program year, which runs from August 28, 2025, to May 31, 2027.

  • I will attend all mandatory meetings, trainings, and events organized by Youth United or its community partners.

  • I will follow the rules and guidelines of Youth United and the volunteer sites where I serve.

  • I will report my volunteer hours accurately and timely to Youth United using the online system or the hour verification form.

  • I will respect the diversity, dignity, and rights of all people and organizations I interact with as a Youth United volunteer.

  • I will uphold the values and mission of Youth United and act as a positive role model for others.

  • I will communicate with Youth United staff and mentors regularly and seek their support and feedback when needed.

  • I will notify Youth United staff of any changes in my contact information, availability, or interest in the program.

  • I will notify Youth United staff of any issues, concerns, or complaints that may arise during my volunteer service.

  • I will complete an evaluation survey at the end of the program year and provide honest and constructive feedback.

  • I acknowledge that failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions may result in my dismissal from the program.

  • I also acknowledge that Youth United reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice.

I am excited to join the Youth United Ambassador Program and commit to fulfilling my responsibilities as a Youth United Ambassador. I look forward to learning from and contributing to this program and the community.
