School Tools Supply Drive
July 12th, 9 am-3 pm

United Way of the Capital Area and 16-WAPT will host the 2024 School Tools Promotion on Friday, July 12, 2024. Branded and dubbed as the back-to-school supplies push, the book bag and supplies promotion will be held at the Byram, Clinton, Flowood, and Madison Walmart branches from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Our vision is that all metro area students are equipped with the basic supplies they need to succeed in school. Additionally, our classroom teachers deserve and must have the tools they need to help our students achieve. As a supportive and participating donor, your contribution can make a significant difference by helping provide thousands of students and teachers with the essential school supplies needed for academic success this school year.

This year’s 2024 School Tools Promotion is made possible by the generous support of our community sponsors: ACLU, Trust Care, Members Exchange, Cricket, and Recon Reconstruction. Their unity and collaboration demonstrate the strength of our community in supporting our students and teachers.

United Way of the Capital Area and 16-WAPT are calling on the community to unite and collect as many school supply donations as possible for this upcoming school year. All donations and proceeds will go to nonprofit agencies in the Hinds, Madison, and Rankin County areas.
